What Are the Annual Ownership Costs?
Annual ownership costs include property management fees, insurance, and property taxes. While costs vary by residence, they typically amount to several tens of thousands of yen per month.
Unused nights are automatically placed into UMITO's hotel program, helping offset ongoing ownership costs through operational income.
Accommodation charges, housekeeping, utilities, and other expenses related to your personal stays are included in the management fees, so there are no additional costs each time you visit.

When you're not using your allotted nights, UMITO places them into its hotel program, allowing your ownership to continue generating value. All operations, property management, and maintenance are handled by UMITO, so you can enjoy ownership without the day-to-day responsibilities.
